Luc Besson's VALERIAN AND THE CITY OF A THOUSAND PLANETS has just been released to the world, and the people who have seen it certainly have a strong opinion on it, one way or the other. It seems the French director's latest attempt at big budget science fiction won't be as successful as his first, THE FIFTH ELEMENT (which was released twenty years ago now … am I the only who feels old thinking about that?).
