I haven’t heard a single negative comment concerning Michael Dougherty’s TRICK R TREAT. The movie has had all kinds of positive buzz for so long now. Well over a year! So what is taking so long to get this one out there?! That’s the question everyone in the genre community have been wondering for some time. We finally got our answer recently with the news that TRICK R TREAT would be hitting DVD this October!

Unfortunately there’s not much to be found just yet. A nifty background, a trailer, and a synopsis. I’m sure the site will get updated throughout the Summer in anticipation of the film’s October release date so be sure to keep checking back! TRICK R TREAT stars Brian Cox, Dylan Baker, Leslie Bibb (below), Anna Paquin, Rochelle Aytes, and Monica Delain and is about four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween: An everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; a woman who loathes the night has to contend with her holiday-obsessed husband.
