First up we’ve got a third trailer for the flick just in time for the holidays. But that’s not all. Kate Beckinsale, star of the first two films, returns in her lead role as the vampire warrioress Selene, who escapes imprisonment to find herself in a world where humans have discovered the existence of both Vampire and Lycan clans, and are conducting an all-out war to eradicate both immortal species.
Coming from directors Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein, UNDERWORLD: AWAKENING hits theaters on January 20, 2012 with a cast that includes Stephen Rea, Charles Dance, India Eisley, Sandrine Holt, Theo James and of course – Kate Beckinsale.
