Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know it's Friday, but if you're fleet of foot you can still catch the sale prices for what's arrived on Blu-ray earlier this week.

This week finds superheroes dominating the Blu-ray release schedule as both DEATHSTROKE: KNIGHTS & DRAGONS and The CW's BATWOMAN: Season One have arrived on the scene. For those of you who are down for some old school heroics, this week brings Mike Hodges' 1980 action-adventure classic FLASH GORDON to home in a gorgeous 4K format. Also arriving on 4K is director David Twohy's PITCH BLACK, starring Vin Diesel as the shimmer-eyed badass, Richard B. Riddick. For all of you Horror fans out there, you might want to scare up a copy of Shudder's CURSED FILMS, a five-part documentary series that explores the myths and legends behind some of Hollywood's notoriously cursed horror film productions.

Other releases that smashed onto websites and electronic department floor arrangements this past Tuesday include: BEYOND THE BOUNDARY, DAY THE WORLD ENDED, OLD BOYFRIENDS, THE OUTPOST, PREVENGE, SOLDIER BLUE, WAKE ISLAND and more!
