At first, YOUTH IN REVOLT didn’t seem all that appealing.
Now, with the past couple of trailers, the film is looking pretty solid. This new one really seals the deal in my opinion. If you throw in a few vulgar words, some strange experiences, a chick talking about her moist vagina, then you’ve got definite genuine interest. This red band trailer has all those things. Is it weird wanting to see more of Francois, the rebel without a cause wearing the pedostache? Nah, women dig a bad boy, even if his alter-ego happens to be the awkward Cera.
Only take a couple of the mushrooms if you go see this in wide release January 15, 2010.
