Jason Flemyng is one of those actors whose works have spanned many different genres. With over 100 acting credits, including LOCK, STOCK & TWO SMOKING BARRELS, SNATCH, CLASH OF THE TITANS, and SEED OF CHUCKY, horror fans may remember him best as the lead in George A. Romero's BRUISER. Now Flemyng is set to jump behind the camera, making his directorial debut with the vampire action film REIGN OF BLOOD for UK production outfit Evolution Pictures.
Not much is known about the plot of REIGN OF BLOOD, but production is set to begin in summer 2015 with casting currently underway. The film is written by Danny King (WILD BILL).
I'm a sucker for a well done vampire flick, so this is one we'll be keeping an eye on.
