Check out the first three clips from Scream 4 and a Ghost Face pic to go with it!

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

I’m really not sure what to think of the fact that with only three weeks away from cutting into theaters, we’re just now seeing the first three clips from SCREAM 4. Could it simply be a case of shrouding the film in secrecy, as each film has, or does Wes Craven want to keep us from knowing there’s actual trouble in Woodsboro? And by trouble I don’t mean a horde of snot-nose-young-punks getting gorily felled!

Anyway, big ups to our fiendish friends over at Dread Central for spotting the clips and the new still of a knife-wielding Ghost Face provided with them.

In the first clip, see Hayden Panettiere, Emma Roberts and Marielle Jaffe being interrogated by Dewy and Sidney. Hayden thinks she’s the next to bite the bullet!

In the second clip, watch Sidney interrupt a little alone time between Jill (Emma Roberts) and her ex (Nico Tortorella I think) while ominous banter is exchanged.

Lastly, you’ll find Gale Weathers getting her seductive cougar on in a ploy to help Rory Culkin and his pal to help her solve the rash of new murders plaguing Woodsboro. Ms. Cox is definitely bringing the heat this go around!

Three weeks from this Friday (April 15th), SCREAM 4 picks up on:

Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill and her Aunt Kate. Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.

Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts (below), Hayden Panettiere, Marielle Jaffe, Rory Culkin, Erik Knudsen, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Alison Brie (below), Mary McDonnell, Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell all take part in the picture.
