RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD: RAVE TO THE GRAVE – March 20th

For a movie being as crappy and unforgettable as it is (and it truly is), the cover for the DVD release of RAVE TO THE GRAVE is actually f*cking awesome. I’d pick it up in a heartbeat… then throw it in my fireplace and ask for those 90 minutes of my life back. Zombies at a rave. Nuff’ said.

The Goods:

PREY – January 30th

What do you get when have take ROBOCOP Peter Weller and a couple of pissed off lions and tigers in the middle of an African safari? You get PREY, baby! One of the cooler looking nature-run-amok flicks coming out this year. If anything else, watching Robocop himself crack a couple skulls, or be eaten by a lion or two should be entertaining as hell. No joke.

The Goods:

PENNY DREADFUL – Spring 2007 – Because it’s a classic 80s exploitation slasher, and it even stars Mrs. Voorhees herself, Betsy Palmer.

THE DESCENT – OUT NOW – Because it was one of the better horror flicks to hit theaters all year.

THE SHUNNED – January 9th – Because nothing else comes out that week…?
