Right One pics

The last I spoke of LET THE RIGHT ONE IN was one month ago here, where it was mentioned that JJ Abrams was looking to remake it. After the positive word of mouth coupled with the cool trailer, I’m starting to understand why it’s becoming such a hot commodity.

And now, to coincide with the Swedish flick’s upcoming premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, STYD scored a bunch of new pics to feast on! That fiery one above is f*cking fantastic and that kid looks creepy as hell at the bottom. To view the rest, just click here.

Again, for the uninitiated, have a taste of the plot: Oskar, a bullied 12-year old, dreams of revenge. He falls in love with Eli, a peculiar girl. She can’t stand the sun or food and to come into a room she needs to be invited. Eli gives Oskar the strength to hit back but when he realizes that Eli needs to drink other peoples blood to live he’s faced with a choice. How much can love forgive? Let The Right One In is a story both violent and highly romantic, set in the Stockholm suburb of Blackeberg in 1982.

I do not think this one is gonna bite (though I’m sure it will show a lot of biting). I’ll keep you posted on any further news that arises.
