With Ash vs. Evil Dead fast approaching, it would appear as though Starz is enjoying the horror-comedy business. So much so that they’ve recruited a horrific guy and a comedic gal to team up on a brand new series that’ll combine both genres!
In what must be considered a very odd marriage indeed, Rob Zombie and Mila Kunis will executive produce Trapped, a half-hour series created and written by Joey Slamon (Arrested Development). Zombie will also direct.
Trapped takes place…
over a single night in the home of a wealthy family under attack by a murderous cult.
Hard to fathom what this will ultimately look like, but I’m certainly curious. It’s unsure just when this thing will get off the ground, but hopefully we’ll learn more about Trapped soon.
