So it was just last month that we first heard about Jennifer Lynch’s upcoming thriller CHAINED when it was gearing up to hit the Toronto International Film Festival and now here I am almost two months later with a nifty little treat for you guys!
As you can tell from the title of this article today we’ve got a look at the first art from CHAINED and needless to say it’s a dark and creepy shot of Vincent D’Onofrio’s back. I kid you not folks, that’s the poster. If you don’t believe me just scroll on down and check it out for yourself!
The film is the story of a serial killer who kidnaps a 9-year-old boy. Now a teenager, the boy learns the only way to survive is by following in the killer’s footsteps. He must make his move to escape before he becomes like the monster that now considers himself his father.
Not to say the poster isn’t effective of course, I’m actually digging it. And I’m sure I’m not the only one. Anyone else out there digging this shite? How about CHAINED as a whole? Anyone sold on this thing? Spit some bullets below and let us know where you stand with Lynch’s latest!
Along with D’Onofrio (above), the serial killer thriller also stars Gina Phillips, Jake Webber, Eamon Farren and Julia Ormond (below). Unfortunately there’s no telling when we might be able to check out CHAINED but as always you can bet we’ll keep you updated with every piece of news that comes our way.
