Way back when we reported that legendary black powerhouse Wesley Snipes was starring in a little horror film called GALLOWWALKER. Well if you haven't already guessed it Snipes has been in hot water since and won't be looking forward to another flick in quite some time. Well it looks like Snipes' latest film will still go through the motions of completion.
If your memory needs a refresher then give this quick synopsis a read through: A mysterious gunman, Aman, is the son of a nun who breaks her covenant with God to ensure his survival. This act brings a curse upon Aman - all those that die by his gun will return. Soon, he is hunted by a gang of his undead former victims, led by the vicious Kansa. Aman enlists Fabulos, a new young warrior, to fight by his side.
It still sounds like a fun feature even after four year. Here's the puzzler of the day: GALLOWWALKER has already finished production but the flick needs a voice-over. Snipes won't be available to do a voice-over so what's going to happen? You guessed it. Word is that a sound-alike (but not quite as badass) voice will take over Snipes' narration. Is this a sign of the film will actually move forward? I believe so, folks. I believe so...
While no news has been announced about who will replace Snipe's voice, there is mumbling about it being done this month. More updates here at AIT on the way.
