Boardwalk Empire Vincent Piazza Banner

Latino-Review has learned JERSEY BOYS actor Vincent Piazza recently had a meeting with Marvel, and is likely being eyed for a role in one of the studio's upcoming projects. The site has heard rumblings of a “reunion," and they believe it could be Netflix's Daredevil series, since it stars fellow Boardwalk Empire alum Charlie Cox.

So which Daredevil role could he be up for? Well, LR is also claiming Jason Statham is no longer in talks to play Bullseye, and they speculate that Piazza might be in the running for the role. It's also possible he could play a character with a connection to Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle in the second season of Daredevil, which has been described as "Daredevil vs. the Punisher." Do you think Vincent Piazza has got what it takes to play Bullseye, or would you rather see a different actor land the part?

Production on Daredevil season 2 is expected to begin in the second half of this year, and it will be available on Netflix sometime in 2016.

Can you blame them? Boardwalk Empire was one of the greatest shows of all time. And Piazza's Lucky Luciano was one of the best characters on that show along with many, many others.

Can very easily see him as a villain (or someone associated with the mob), but I don't see him as Bullseye at all.

This only confirms that Marvel loves them some Boardwalk Empire with Cox being Daredevil, Huston being considered for Doctor Strange, and now this.

He is obviously going to be a villain.

Don Fortunato

That is the best guess anyone can make. He is the guy who filled in for Kingpin once he lost control of the city. He was older in the comics, but if this takes place while Spider-Man is still a kid, it makes sense that he would be 15 years younger.

I see him not as a super villain but as a typecasted mob role and someone needs to fill the shoes of Kingpin.

He was an underrated part of Boardwalk. He'd make a good Bullseye. He'd make an even better Jigsaw.
