Raven Banner acquires Canadian rights to Slash-produced Nothing Left to Fear

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Last month brought us the news that Anchor Bay would be releasing Anthony Leonardi III’s NOTHING LEFT TO FEAR (formerly NOTHING TO FEAR), in the States later this year. The film, which was produced by legendary Guns 'N Roses rock god Slash, will be hitting limited US theaters on October 4, 2013 before heading to DVD, Blu-Ray and VOD on Tuesday, October 8th 2013. Now word has come down that our Canadian friends won't have to wait much longer to see NOTHING LEFT TO FEAR as Raven Banner has just acquired the flick for Canadian distribution.

Screen Daily is reporting that the Toronto-based company has acquired Canadian rights to Slasher Films’ NOTHING LEFT TO FEAR and plans an autumn theatrical release. The film is the first to be produced from Slasher Films, the horror label from Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash and producing partners Rob Eric and Michael Williams.

NOTHING LEFT TO FEAR was inspired by the legend of Stull, Kansas. Wendy (Anne Heche), her husband Dan (James Tupper of “Revenge”) and their kids have just moved to the small town of Stull, Kansas, where Dan is the new pastor. But in this sleepy community of friendly neighbors, a horrific series of occurrences awaits them: Their teenage daughter (Rebekah Brandes of Bellflower) is being tormented by grisly visions. Her younger sister (Jennifer Stone of “Wizards Of Waverly Place”) has been marked for a depraved ritual. And deep within the heartland darkness, one of The Seven Gates Of Hell demands the blood of the innocent to unleash the creatures of the damned.

The film stars Clancy Brown (THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION), Anne Heche (PSYCHO), James Tupper, Jennifer Stone, Ethan Peck (IN TIME), and Rebekah Brandes (BELLFLOWER).

Raven Banner’s Managing Partner Michael Paszt says of the deal…

"Raven Banner is thrilled to be bringing Slash’s new vision of horror to Canada.”

Raven Banner plans to release the film theatrically in the fall through its Sinister Cinema series with partners Cineplex Entertainment.
