VIDEOS

Over the weekend, I created a couple of quick videos from my place, the
first of which is basically a 2-minute clip of my basement (along
with my lame commentary), in which resides my DVD collection, my TV,
my gadgets, my weed, movie posters, booze (natch) and an even flow
of hookers. The second video is a quick snippet of some cool
NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS toys that I collected over the past
couple of years (don’t ask). Most of the furniture in my basement is
from IKEA and those NIGHTMARE
thingies are from a company called the Hawthorne
Collection
.

MOVIE POSTERS IN BASEMENT

I’ve probably collected over 300 posters over the
years, but when I went to plaster them on my downstairs wall, I
wanted to get some cool posters up, but also, a nice “color
pattern” (so don’t email me asking about the I KNOW WHAT YOU
DID LAST SUMMER poster….two words: tits). If you look closely in
the first pic below, you can also see my Jack Skellington PJs on the
couch. That’s right, folks…I’m in my 30s, believe it!

MY DVD COLLECTION

Last, but certainly not least, is my DVD collection,
which probably contains about 700 DVDs in all, including box and TV
sets. Like I mentioned in my VIDEO of my dvd collection, I only keep
those movies that I would see myself watching again one day,
otherwise I feel as though it’s a waste of space and money (what’s
the point of buying a DVD that’s just gonna SIT THERE for years?).
Some of my faves include the ALIEN QUADRILOGY (even though parts 3
& 4 ain’t all that), and most recently, any top-notch sci-fi
flick like STRANGE DAYS, BLADE RUNNER, etc… You can see some of
the actual titles from my DVD collection, in my MYJOBLO profile HERE.
