If you’re gonna do something this kooky and experimental, might as well get high-profile actors with strong skills in singing, dancing and being three-dimensional. The $30 million project will also feature music from Guided by Voices.
While Soderbergh’s two-part Che Guevara biopic awaits release(s), he’s putting the finishing touches on his Matt Damon espionage movie THE INFORMANT and is also cooking up a Liberace movie (with Zeta’s elder half, Michael Douglas) and a low-budget film called THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE, featuring porn star Sasha Grey. Because why not?
