The Disney Channel has unveiled a trailer for the second and final season of STAR WARS: RESISTANCE, an interstellar animated adventure that takes place after the events of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI and before the final chapter of the Skywalker saga, STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER. When the new season flys onto the family-friendly network, an apprehensive Hutt, relentless bounty hunters, and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren himself will give chase to a group of some of the most noble heroes the Star Wars universe has ever known.

Kaz and the team continue to fight against the threat of the First Order, culminating in an epic series finale. The story picks up after a harrowing escape from the First Order, as the Colossus and all its residents find themselves lost in space, pursued by Agent Tierny and Commander Pyre…meanwhile, Tam grapples with her future and where her true allegiance lies, with her friends or the First Order. The thrilling final season will showcase how the unlikeliest of heroes can help spark hope across the galaxy.
Fans of the cel-shaded animated series will be delighted to know that the final season includes a cast of greats, many of which are slated for guest roles as a part of the show's exciting and epic final season.
Set to guest star in STAR WARS: RESISTANCE Season 2 are Joe Manganiello (TRUE BLOOD) as Ax Tagrin, Daveed Diggs (BLINDSPOTTING) as Norath Kev, and Lucy Lawless (VENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS, ASH VS. EVIL DEAD) as the Aeosian Queen.
