The final motion poster for Glass shatters online, new trailer tomorrow

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Before Universal Pictures drops the second trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's highly-anticipated thriller, GLASS, the studio has released its third teaser in the form of a motion poster featuring Samuel L. Jackson's diabolical UNBREAKABLE villain, Elijah Price. Known to his enemies as Mr. Glass, Elijah has big plans for his GLASS co-horts, David Dunn aka "The Overseer" (Bruce Willis) and Kevin Wendell Crumb aka "The Beast" (James McAvoy). As Elijah's twisted plan begins to take shape, there won't be soul left in a city of innocents who can escape his influence.

Following the conclusion of SPLIT, GLASS finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men.

Joining the all-star cast are UNBREAKABLE’s Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard, who reprise their roles as Dunn’s son and Price’s mother, respectively, as well as Golden Globe Award winner Sarah Paulson (AMERICAN HORROR STORY), who plays Dr. Ellie Staple, a mental health specialist hoping to explore the mysterious trio and their unique abilities and beliefs.

Here's hoping that tomorrow's trailer provides us with more insight regarding the latest chapter of M. Night Shyamalan's sinister superhero trilogy. After all, when you consider that Elijah has been plotting his revenge against the world since childhood, there's no telling what lengths he'll travel to see his evil deeds done. I'd imagine that he's been holding onto a lifetime's worth of rage, and when coupled with the might and unpredictability of McAvoy's The Beast, I shudder to think of whomever stands in the way of their combined forces. Good luck, David, you're going to need it.

GLASS will arrive in theaters on January 18th. Be sure to check back with us tomorrow when the new trailer for the film goes live.
