We talk to M. Night Shyamalan & Anya Taylor-Joy about Glass at Comic Con

Last Updated on January 29, 2026

One of the most anticipated movies of the year, M. Night Shyamalan‘s GLASS, had it’s trailer debut at Comic Con last night and the reactions were pretty exceptional. Serving as the third part of a trilogy that began with UNBREAKABLE, continued with SPLIT and now culminates in GLASS, the film is easily the biggest draw to a Shyamalan film in a long time and one that fans have been hoping to see continue. By now, you’ve seen the trailer a good amount of times, but we got the chance to toss a few questions to M. Night and SPLIT star Anya Taylor-Joy, who returns here as the troubled Casey Cooke. Shyamalon filled us in on what his thoughts were in making this a series of films and what it was like getting the main cast back together. Taylor-Joy reveals if she knew that she’d still be a part of this series after SPLIT and dishes on which actor she was most thrilled to be on the set with. Enjoy!

GLASS smashes into theaters on January 18th, 2019.
