Zack Snyder and crew have already announced that production for THE JUSTICE LEAGUE PART ONE is underway, but that's only the tip of the iceberg as far as the film's revelations go. While story and character details are still under wraps, The Hollywood Reporter has just announced that the Green Goblin himself, Willem Dafoe, has joined the cast of JUSTICE LEAGUE (both films) as an unspecified good guy. Let the speculation begin!

For those of you left with a bitter aftertaste brought on by DAWN OF JUSTICE, keep in mind that Chris Terrio and David Goyer worked on the story for BATMAN V SUPERMAN, while Terrio will be handling sole scripting duties for THE JUSTICE LEAGUE PART ONE and PART TWO. I'm hoping this bodes well for the story, as Terrio delivered a really taught script when it came to ARGO. How Dafoe fits into the mix is anyone's guess, but the cast is shaping up nicely!

THE JUSTICE LEAGUE PART ONE hits theaters on November 17, 2017.

Any guesses on who Dafoe could be playing?
