While rumors of a FROZEN sequel feature-film have been swirling about, we now know when to expect the upcoming short film, FROZEN FEVER. Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee (of FROZEN), FROZEN FEVER will be screened before Kenneth Branagh's CINDERELLA. The short will focus on Anna's birthday as Elsa and Kristoff attempt to throw her the best celebration ever, although Elsa's icy powers may put more than just the party at risk. The short will also feature an original song from Frozen songwriters Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

Here's some new character posters for CINDERELLA:

Given that the original cast and crew is returning for FROZEN FEVER, I'm actually rather excited to check it out. The trailer for CINDERELLA hit last month and I'm happy to say that unlike ALICE IN WONDERLAND or MALEFICENT, it doesn't look like director Kenneth Branagh supplemented CGI for story. Who knows? Audiences may be pleasantly surprised come this March.

CINDERELLA, along with FROZEN FEVER, will be released in theaters on March 13, 2015.
