Although the Marvel movies have gone above and beyond in their attempt to build a self-contained “universe” on the run-up to THE AVENGERS, nonchalant S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Coulson wants to help even further.
In the short film “The Consultant”, the Marvel “One-Shot” on the THOR Blu-Ray, Coulson provides some insight as to how THE INCREDIBLE HULK (the movie and the green guy himself) fit in the timeline before the superheroes assemble next summer.

The next Coulson One-Shot, expected to come with the CAPTAIN AMERICA home release, is titled “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor’s Hammer…” and finds the field operative filling some moments between IRON MAN 2 and THOR.
