Linkin Park on TF2

JoBloJoBlo

Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park has revealed that he and his band will be working on the score to TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN with Hans Zimmer. On his blog, he said:

“… we have been offered the unique opportunity to help score the film. The song we wrote is being used as one of the themes, and we will be writing various interpolations on that theme, and trying out some other thematic ideas as part of the (very large) team scoring the film.”

Which is fine by me. Five years ago I would have hated this, but I no longer have to go to school with people who heard “One Step Closer” and then would argue to the death like a knight in olden times, that Linkin Park was the greatest band in the history of the world and anything before it. Several years later, these same people, as I graduated, would receive a new Messiah in Evanescence. And I don’t particularly dislike any of these bands, but shut the f-ck up.
