Arnold Schwarzenegger is taking a hard turn left from his usual action fare into zombie territory with MAGGIE, a new zombie drama from commercial director Henry Hobson. It’s not a whole lot, but at least we’ve got an idea what Schwarzenegger and his co-star Abigail Breslin will look like in the film.

His caption accompanying the photo: “Really excited to start shooting Maggie today with our director @henryhobson and my fantastic co-star, @yoabbaabba.” (Those are the Twitter handles for Hobson and Breslin, respectively.)

MAGGIE is about a father (Schwarzenegger) whose daughter, Maggie (Breslin), is infected by a walking-dead virus that has spread across the country.

John Scott 3 wrote the screenplay for MAGGIE, which Schwarzenegger is producing alongside Pierre-Ange Le Pogam, Matt Baer, Trevor Kaufman, Colin Bates and Joey Tufaro.
