This may be the greatest cast ever assembled and
the most ridiculous plot to ever go with it. We got word today that the guys who
did the horror flick SIN-JYN SMYTH (see official site
here)
are once again getting together to pop out a new flick called KNIGHTFEVER.
The film is about the last days of the Vietnam War,
where renegade GI’s form an Iron Triangle and smuggle opium back to the (United)
States in the bodies and body bags of dead GI’s until a special, Los Angeles
based, police force — assembled out of SWAT, VICE and THE BOMB SQUAD — is
dropped in the trenches to take them down!
Now not only is this the most ridiculous plot I have ever heard of, but check
out this casting lineup: Roddy Piper, Richard Tyson, Diamond Dallas Page, &
Gary Busey!
I don’t even know what to say. Based on the plot I can’t even figure out
which of these guys would play what parts. I do know one thing though; I would
give anything to be on set for this. Can you imagine what it would be like
sticking these nuts together? I’m guessing that at least 3 stuntman are going to
die trying to work with these psychos!
The film’s only in pre-production now, but as soon as we get more info on what’s
