Attack of the Demons trailer: ‘South Park meets Evil Dead’ animated film

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

A trailer and poster have arrived online for the upcoming film ATTACK OF THE DEMONS, which is described as a "frighteningly fun animated horror treat just for adults" that plays like South Park meets THE EVIL DEAD. That sounds like a recipe for some good entertainment. The film is being released to virtual theatres on October 30th, with an On Demand and DVD release courtesy of Dark Star Pictures to follow on November 3rd.

Directed by Eric Power from a screenplay by Andreas Petersen, ATTACK OF THE DEMONS has the following synopsis:

The year is 1994 – For centuries, a demonic cult has been plotting the destruction of mankind. When a small Colorado town is overrun by a legion of mutating demons, three non-demon hunter friends must use every skill their minds can fathom to stave off the demon apocalypse.

Power and Petersen are also in the voice cast, along with Thomas Petersen and Katie Maguire.

The trailer for ATTACK OF THE DEMONS is embedded above and the poster can be seen below. If this movie looks like a good time to you, the release is just a couple weeks away!
