Avengers: Infinity War set-photos hint at the addition of Corvus Glaive

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

The entire Marvel Cinematic Universe has been leading up to a confrontation with Thanos (Josh Brolin), and now that production on AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR and its as-yet-untitled sequel are well underway, there's no better time to keep your fingers crossed that Anthony and Joe Russo can pull off this massive undertaking. Thanos won't be alone when it comes to taking on the Marvel heroes, and a series of recent set-photos have hinted at the addition of one of Thanos' Black Order: Corvus Glaive.

Check 'em out!

Although the actor is wearing a mocap suit, the unique weapon he's holding may be enough to point to his identity. Corvus Glaive is one of Thanos' most trusted and ruthless servants, and, along with Proxima Midnight, Supergiant, Black Dwarf and Ebony Maw, carry out his bidding across the galaxy. The Daily Mail has a few more photos of Corvus Glaive on the set, as well as a look at another mocapped actor who appears to be another member of the Black Order.

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR is set for a May 4, 2018 release.
