Utilizing imprisoned supervillains to do you dirty work seems like a horrible idea on paper, but I'm willing to bet it'll make for some great entertainment in the cinema! SUICIDE SQUAD aims to wash the taste of BVS out of everyone's mouth, and if the promotional material is any indication, it will do just that! Warner Bros. has released a pair of posters for the upcoming flick (one of them IMAX) that are just as colorful and vibrant as you'd expect!

Director David Ayer has a pretty damn good handle on throwing together an ensemble flick, so I get the feeling the the trailers are only giving us part of the story when it comes to SUICIDE SQUAD. The soundtrack looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, so if they pull this off, people will definitely have some positive things to say about the DCU going forward. That sure beats the alternative!

SUICIDE SQUAD hits theaters on August 5, 2016.
