Ridiculously hot supermodel/actress Laetitia Casta will, along with Fanny Ardant, Lee Kang-sheng and Jean-Pierre Leaud, be heading to the Louvre for director Tsai Ming-liang’s VISAGES (aka FACE). Rather than muck up it’s plot, here’s the logline Variety provides: ““Face” features a Chinese director who comes to the Louvre to shoot a film that turns on the Salome myth.” Ex-squeeze me? Producer Jacques Bidou chimes in with “The film in the film becomes a total disaster. ‘Face’ is part comedy and a film in a film in a film, reflecting on creative cinema and a tribute to the New Wave,” Riiight. Production is expected to start in October with the bulk of shooting taking place in France and one or two scenes in Tapei. Casta can next be seen being insanely hot.
