Daredevil has no need for an iron suit or magic hammer in this new trailer

I hope you’ve had your fill of House of Cards and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, as Marvel is taking it’s game to Netflix in one month from today! That’s right, Daredevil is getting the reboot it rightly deserves in what looks to be a more down-to-Earth and character driven tale. You can check out Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio go head-to-head in the latest trailer below!

While I’m generally not the biggest fan of comic book heroes on the smaller screen, I’ve always had a soft spot for Daredevil. Despite all the hate, I think there are some aspects the version starring Ben Affleck nailed (only some), but I have big hopes that Marvel is going to succeed where that flick failed. No playground fight scenes, for one. Couple that with the fact the entire season is at our disposal at once and you have one of Marvel’s must-see events of the year. Right behind ANT-MAN, of course.

Kidding, Paul Rudd. I love you.

Daredevil‘s 13-episode season will Netflix on April 10, 2015.
