Deadpool wishes Betty White the best on her 96th birthday

The world is a far better place with Betty White in it, and Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) clearly agrees as he reached out to the national treasure on Twitter to wish her the best on her 96th birthday. Happy Birthday, Betty White!

During a recent interview with Parade, Betty White was asked whether she had any secrets to living a long and happy life. "Enjoy life," White said. "Accentuate the positive, not the negative. It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about, rather than say, ‘Hey, that was great!’ It’s not hard to find great stuff if you look." White added that she also loves vodka and hot dogs, "probably in that order."

The official "synopsis" for DEADPOOL 2:

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

DEADPOOL 2 is set for a May 18, 2018 release.
