Fall trailer: Grace Fulton, Virginia Gardner are trapped on a radio tower in August release

Last month, we saw the teaser trailer for the upcoming thriller Fall, which stars Grace Fulton (Shazam!) and Virginia Gardner (Halloween 2018) as a pair of characters who get stuck at the top of a 2000 foot tall radio tower. There wasn’t much to the teaser, which used some unconvincing CGI to take us on a journey to the top of that tower. Now a full trailer has been released for Fall, and the tower looks much better in this one. Check it out in the embed above!

Fall is scheduled to reach theatres on August 12th.

Directed by Scott Mann, who also wrote the screenplay with Jonathan Frank, Fall has the following synopsis:

For best friends Becky and Hunter, life is all about conquering fears and pushing limits. But after they climb 2,000 feet to the top of a remote, abandoned radio tower, they find themselves stranded with no way down. Now Becky and Hunter’s expert climbing skills will be put to the ultimate test as they desperately fight to survive the elements, a lack of supplies, and vertigo-inducing heights.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Walking Dead) and Mason Gooding (Scream 2022) are also in the cast.

Mann’s other directing credits include the thriller The Tournament (starring Ving Rhames, Robert Carlyle, and Kelly Hu), the crime drama Heist (where Morgan co-starred with Robert De Niro and Dave Bautista), the action movie Final Score (starring Bautista and Pierce Brosnan), and episodes of The Oath.

James Harris and Mark Lane, who previously produced 47 Meters Down – which trapped Mandy Moore and Claire Holt at the bottom of shark-infested waters – produced Fall with Scott Mann and Christian Mercuri. Brianna Lee Johnson was the line producer.

The basic concept of Fall was enough to get me interested in seeing the movie, but the teaser trailer left me concerned that the movie wasn’t going to look very good. The full trailer has cleared up any doubts I had before. This looks like it has the potential to be really fun and exciting, and I will be watching it as soon as possible.
