Godzilla vs. Kong featurette focuses on Skull Island

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

With the release of the massive monster mash Godzilla vs. Kong fast approaching, the excitement and hype are through the roof (especially since more theaters have started opening up, probably making this many people's first movie theater experience in over a year!) And, to whet our ferocious appetites, Warner Bros. and Legendary have released two new vids – both focused on our Big Monke fren Kong – which you can watch at the top and bottom of the article!

The first is a featurette focusing on Kong and his relationship to Skull Island, while the second focuses on his badass Godzilla-whooping battle axe! Both are worth checking out, unless you wanna go in completely fresh!

Anyway, here's the official synopsis:

Fearsome monsters Godzilla and King Kong square off in an epic battle for the ages, while humanity looks to wipe out both of the creatures and take back the planet once and for all.

Meanwhile, Godzilla vs. Kong will smash its way into theaters and HBO Max March 31st!

So what do you guys think? And who do you think will win (before the probably inevitable team up?) Either way, sound off below!
