Exclusive new one-sheet for The Last Days on Mars, starring Liev Schreiber

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

We've been covering Ruairi Robinson's THE LAST DAYS ON MARS for quite some time and I gotta admit that I've been super stoked to check this one out for one reason: Liev Schreiber. That dude can act circles around anyone and always delivers a believable and badass performance. But the more that we see from THE LAST DAYS ON MARS, from clips to trailers to posters and stills, it appears that, along with Schreiber doing his thing onscreen, there will be plenty of other reasons to peep this sci-fi terror. This one looks like it'll have plenty of tricks up its sleeve to keep us glued to the screen and I, for one, cannot wait to check it out!

Today we've got an EXCLUSIVE new Canadian one-sheet from the flick for ya to check out below. Another thing I've really been digging about the way this film is being marketed is that tagline: "The Search For Life Is About To End". It's effective yet ambiguous.

On the last day of the first manned mission to Mars, a crew member of Tantalus Base believes he has made an astounding discovery – fossilized evidence of bacterial life. Unwilling to let the relief crew claim all the glory, he disobeys orders to pack up and goes out on an unauthorized expedition to collect further samples. But a routine excavation turns to disaster when the porous ground collapses, and he falls into a deep crevice and near certain death. His devastated colleagues attempt to recover his body. However, when another vanishes they start to suspect that the life-form they have discovered is not yet dead. As the group begins to fall apart it seems their only hope is the imminent arrival of the relief ship Aurora.

Directed by Ruairi Robinson, THE LAST DAYS ON MARS stars Liev Schreiber, Elias Koteas, Romola Garai, Olivia Williams and Tom Cullen.

We've previously shared the news that THE LAST DAYS ON MARS will hit VOD in the U.S. this October 31st before it lands in theaters on December 6th, but now we've gotten word that the film will also hit Canadian VOD on November 5th and touch down in theaters there on December 6th. Very nice!
