First look teaser at the CW’s iZombie, starring Rose McIver

We've been keeping you updated on the CW's upcoming zombie-themed series "iZombie" for a while. The series, which is based on the DC/Vertigo comic of the same name, comes at from executive producers Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero and stars Rose McIver as one hot ZILF. Now we've got your first look at the series, which is set to debut on Tuesday, March 17th at 9:00pm on the CW, and, well…see for yourself below.

Based upon characters created by Chris Roberson and Michael Allred, and published by DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint, iZOMBIE is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Spondoolie Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Rob Thomas, Diane Ruggiero-Wright (“Veronica Mars”), Danielle Stokdyk and Dan Etheridge . The pilot was directed by Rob Thomas.

Here's the synopsis:

A medical student who becomes a zombie joins a Coroner's Office in order to gain access to the brains she must reluctantly eat so that she can maintain her humanity but every brain she eats, she also inherits their memories and must now solve their deaths with help from the Medical examiner and a police detective.

Look for "iZombie" to premiere on March 17.
