Director Jason Reitman’s GHOSTBUSTERS 2020 has been officially titled GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE and is headed our way next summer starring Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Carrie Coon, and Paul Rudd. Filming recently wrapped on the new film and the first trailer is coming Monday!

GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE is said to focus on
a single mom and her two kids who arrive in a small town, and begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
The cast currently includes Carrie Coon as a single mother, with Finn Wolfhard as her son, Mckenna Grace as her daughter, and Paul Rudd as a teacher. GHOSTBUSTERS stars set to return include Bill Murray as Peter Venkman, Dan Aykroyd as Raymond Stantz, Sigourney Weaver as Dana Barrett, Annie Potts as Janine Melnitz, and Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddemore.

After the members of a team of scientists (Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray) lose their cushy positions at a university in New York City, they decide to become "ghostbusters" to wage a high-tech battle with the supernatural for money. They stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, a doorway that will release evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters must now save New York from complete destruction.
Directed by Jason Reitman from a screenplay he co-wrote along with Gil Kenan based on the original film which was written by Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ivan Reitman. GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE is produced by Ivan Reitman. It hits a theater near you on July 10, 2020.
