Iron Man’s Tim Guinee joins post-apocalyptic TV show “Revolution”

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

“Revolution,” the J.J. Abrams/Eric Kripke endeavor at NBC continues casting up to the nines. Last week we heard Billy Burke has join the post-apocalyptic thriller, and now it seems pilot director Jon Favreau is going to his trusty bullpen…

TV Line has it that IRON MAN star Tim Guinee (above) has joined “Revolution,” though no details were given for his role in the series. Guinee is coming off a recent arc on “The Good Wife,” but having appeared in BLADE, VAMPIRES, MEN OF WAR and others, I’m guessing “Revolution” is more the man’s speed. And getting a chance to reunite with Favs, he must be stoked!

Also featuring Tracy Spiridakos (below), Graham Rodgers, Giancarlo Esposito and Anna Lise Phillips:

“In this epic adventure thriller, a family struggles to reunite in a post-apocalyptic American landscape: a world of empty cities, local militias and heroic freedom fighters, where every single piece of technology — computers, planes, cars, phones, even lights — has mysteriously blacked out … forever.”

The “Revolution” comes in 2013.
