Think you’re one of the world’s biggest THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS fans? Prove it: Buy the house Jame Gumb – aka Buffalo Bill – lived in!

Sounds like a strange proposition, but it’s a fact that the Fayette County, Pennsylvania, house that acted as Bill’s home and dungeon in Jonathan Demme’s 1991 classic is currently up for sale! The cost? A measly $300,000. Hey, not bad for a place that comes with its own torture well! (Full disclosure: It doesn’t actually have a torture well.)

Via Realtor.com, the house is “an outstanding home, nestled in a quaint village” and “a near perfect expression of comfort” And what says comfort like telling your guests it used to belong to a skin-slashing murderer!

The place comes equipped with a wraparound verandah, an in-ground pool, oversized shop/garage, a butler’s pantry and even a refurbished train car that serves as a pool house. Even better, according to TMZ, you’ll also get a signed book with the inscription, “Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house for our scary movie,” signed by Jodie Foster and director Jonathan Demme.

That’s info worth dancing to!
