Zach Gilford and Allison Miller join Radio Silence’s mysterious Devil’s Due

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Radio Silence, the four-man filmmaking team responsible for the final segment in V/H/S (as well as a series of clever/scary short films), signed on to a mysterious horror project at Fox last December. Back then we knew next to nothing about it, other than it was set to be produced by John Davis and it was allegedly “female-driven.” Today, however, some casting news and a title have arrived to shed some light on the flick.

According to Deadline.com, the film will be called DEVIL’S DUE. Zach Gilford (“Friday Night Lights”, THE LAST STAND) and Allison Miller (“Terra Nova”) will star in the film, which begins shooting next week in the Dominican Republic and New Orleans.

As for those elusive plot details? Got nuthin’ for you; DEVIL’S DUE is still effectively cloaked in mystery. We do know the film will have a “found footage” angle, which is keeping with Radio Silence’s technique. (They’re also attached to a found footage Frankenstein movie.)

We’ll keep you updated on DEVIL’S DUE as it moves into production, so stay tuned. In the meantime, check out one of Radio Silence’s shorts below.
