Last Updated on July 30, 2021

In the premiere episode of Hunting the Haunted, one of the shows we have on our recently launched YouTube channel The Paranormal Network, paranormal investigators Jason Hewlett and Peter Renn dug into the legendary Amityville haunting. In the new episode, embedded above, they're focusing on another haunting that has inspired cinematic horror – The Enfield Poltergeist, the case that served as the foundation for The Conjuring 2. There's a lot of debate about this case and there have been accusations that it was all faked, so check out the video to hear what Hewlett and Renn think of it all.

Hunting the Haunted is an exploration of

alleged paranormal activity hosted by investigators and researchers Jason Hewlett and Peter Renn. The two combine their knowledge of hauntings and paranormal investigation to well known, and lesser known, reports of people, places and things that are haunted. The show dissects everything from The Amityville Haunting and The Enfield Poltergeist, to cases Peter has investigated during his 27 years in the field. Jason and Peter also touch on other aspects of the paranormal, including equipment, hoaxes and natural explanations for alleged activity.

This episode was Written by Jason Hewlett, Peter Renn, and Michael D. Stewart. The show is Edited by Jason D. Morris, Produced by John Fallon, and Executive Produced by Berge Garabedian.
