We still don’t know when we’re going to get a look at Bong Joon-ho’s SNOWPIERCER here in North America, although when we do get it, we’d like it to be in its original form WEINSTEIN COMPANY!!! A-hem, anyway… Today we’ve got an international poster for the futuristic film, which depicts the massive train at the center of the story as it barrels along an icy wasteland.

The film is set in a future where a failed experiment to stop global warming creates an ice age that kills off all life on the planet except for the inhabitants of the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe and is powered by a sacred perpetual-motion engine. A class system evolves on the train, but a revolution brews.

Chris Evans, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, Ewen Brewmner, Alison Pill, John Hurt, Song Kangho and Ed Harris star in the film.
