James Gunn shares an extended trailer for The Belko Experiment

One of the most intriguing genre films we have to look forward to in 2017 is the Greg McLean-directed, James Gunn-scripted "BATTLE ROYALE meets OFFICE SPACE" corporate nightmare THE BELKO EXPERIMENT. Earlier this month a second trailer for BELKO was released online (the first trailer was released back in December), and now Gunn has taken to his Facebook account to share an extended version of that trailer.

The story we're shown glimpses of in these promos goes like this:

An American company in South America is mysteriously sealed off at the beginning of a workday, its employees ordered to kill each other or be killed themselves. This starts an escalation of violence, where we discover the true nature of each and every Belko employee.

Running 20 seconds longer than the previous version, the extended trailer mainly uses its extra time to show us an exchange between a group of Belko employees, including a character played by Gunn's brother Sean Gunn, as they stand on the roof of the office building, but it also features some more shots of the building and its security measures.

If you weren't sold by the regular trailer then the extended one probably isn't going to change your mind. If you were already sold, this one just has a little bit more for you to enjoy.

Starring John Gallagher Jr., Tony Goldwyn, Adria Arjona, Michael Rooker, Melonie Diaz, John C. McGinley, Sean Gunn, Owain Yeoman, David Dastmalchian, Gail Bean, Valentine Miele, Steve Agee, Josh Brener, David Del Rio, Stephen Blackehart, Rusty Schwimmer, James Earl, Brent Sexton, Mikaela Hoover, Joe Fria, Benjamin Byron Davis, Abraham Benrubi, and Cindy Better, THE BELKO EXPERIMENT is scheduled to reach theatres on March 17th.

Our own Chris Bumbray already got to see the movie four months ago and gave it a 7/10 review.
