If you find yourself in the mood for a lighthearted romantic romp, or rather, if your significant other finds herself in the mood for one and you intend to stay on her good side so she keeps doing that great thing that she does, the Robin Swicord directed THE JANE AUSTEN BOOK CLUB should do the trick. Based on the Karen Joy Fowler novel of the same name, the story follows six women comprising the titular book club whose love lives start mirroring those of the characters they meet to discuss. Check out the cheesy but appropriate poster below. The film opens September 21st.
