David Cronenberg's latest film, MAPS TO THE STARS, opens this year but it will not be the director's only project in 2014. On top of that film starring Julianne Moore, Mia Wasikowska, Robert Pattinson, and John Cusack, Cronenberg will also make his debut as an author with his first novel, CONSUMED.
Due to be released in the fall, CONSUMED will take Cronenberg fans back to his trademark body horror in a sprawling novel that has already been lauded by the director's recent collaborator, Viggo Mortensen. On top of a very detailed synopsis for the book, a video trailer has been released as well.
