Disney is denying Adam Sandler’s Three Men and a Baby remake

There’s been a rumor going around that Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg and Ted Danson would reprise their roles in THREE MEN AND A BRIDE. That coming from Guttenberg so it was “take it with a grain of salt” news to begin with. Don’t worry though Guttes, I’d like to see it too. I’ll admit it.

Speaking of rumors revolving around that particular film, there was a story from Movieweb.com that Adam Sandler was planning his own remake with a twist. His idea was this: protective guardians of an infant will be a polyamorous gay couple played by David Spade, Chris Rock, and Rob Schneider. Sandler’s plan was derived from an episode of MTV’s TRUE LIFE.

Walt Disney Pictures is the studio sitting on the remake of THREE MEN AND A BABY. Back in 2009, there was word that Zac Efron, Jonah Hill and Justin Long would take part in a remake. Obviously that isn’t happening.

As far as this Sandler rumor is concerned, it’s just that–a rumor. Disney has already emerged to deny it.

So now you just gotta deal with JACK AND JILL.
