Add Emily Browning to the cast of AMERICAN GODS.
Best known for her starring role in Zack Snyder‘s SUCKER PUNCH, Browning will be joining Starz’s series adaptation of the Neil Gaiman fantasy novel. Playing Laura Moon, she will fill the role of Shadow Moon’s wife, preparing for his release from prison before she is whisked away on an expected journey that will have her questioning everything she ever knew about her relationship.
Commented showrunners Bryan Fuller and Michael Green, “You don’t need a magical coin when you have Emily Browning. She brings a fascinating spark of life to every role she inhabits and we are tickled she will be lighting up Laura Moon and bringing her to life in more ways than one on American Gods.”
AMERICAN GODS is set to go into production in April.
