It's an exciting time to be an HBO fan. TRUE DETECTIVE is back and arguably the best it's been since season one, BIG LITTLE LIES is set to return for a second season, and now a brand new teaser trailer has just dropped for the eighth and final season of GAME OF THRONES.
Although the teaser doesn't reveal much — Kit Harington's Jon Snow is still alive and scruffy, Sophie Turner's Sansa Stark is still the tallest person in the room, and living conditions within this imaginary realm still remain rough and rigid at best — the short and sweet glimpse at the final season's lengthy six episodes does reveal a release date. Season 8 of GAME OF THRONES will arrive on April 14th, 2019.
