Disney's highly-anticipated streaming service will be launching in less than two weeks with a huge number of TV shows and movies, with everything from SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS to STAR WARS to CAPTAIN MARVEL and even new additions such as The Mandalorian. It was announced today that one of the biggest films in the world will also be joining Disney+, as James Cameron released a special video from the set of AVATAR 2 to inform us that the original AVATAR film will be available on Disney+ on November 12th.

Although AVATAR long held the title of the highest-grossing film in the world (it was recently dethroned by AVENGERS: ENDGAME), I'm still uncertain of just how many people are actually eagerly awaiting James Cameron's four AVATAR sequels, which are slated to hit theaters on December 17, 2021, December 22, 2023, December 19, 2025, and December 17, 2027. That said, I know better than to bet against James Cameron.

When Disney+ launches on November 12th, it will come with a vast library of hundreds of films and thousands of TV episodes from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, National Geographic, and more. The streaming service is now available for pre-order in the U.S. for $6.99/month or $69.99/year. Will you be adding Disney+ to your growing list of streaming services?
