After its premiere at Comic Con this year, DREDD 3D has been riding a wave of positive buzz, which will hopefully help the film shine at the box office when it’s released next month. Today, we have a clip to help it along, which features Lena Headey as the villainous Ma-Ma issuing an ultimatum from her massive compound, directing the occupants to kill the two Judges who have entered their domain.
It may be an action-less scene, but it’s a cool build up to what looks to be a savage fight to the top of Ma-Ma’s food chain. Lena Headey, normally seen as the beautiful and lovely creature she is, shows off some nasty scars and a horrific appearance, which no doubt helped her to cut loose in the role.

This is my must see movie for September and definitely in my top five for the Fall movie season. Based on what we’ve seen so far, as well as those bad ass reviews from Comic Con, I’ve got a good feeling that this will be a hell of a lot of fun.
Directed by Pete Travis (VANTAGE POINT) and starring Karl Urban as Judge Dredd, Olivia Thirlby as Judge Anderson, and Lena Headey as Ma-Ma, DREDD 3D will be unleashed on September 21, 2012.
