The Gods in Immortals will finally be unleashed by Relativity Media

I almost completely forgot about this project!

Relativity Media put out a press release today citing that they will be releasing IMMORTALS directed by Tarsem Singh (THE FALL). The film will be in a theater near you on November 11th.

The film was written by Greek-Americans Charles Parlapanides and Vlas Parlapanides who back in 2002 made their first feature titled EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. IMMORTALS stars Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, with John Hurt, and Mickey Rourke. It is produced by Mark Canton (300), Gianni Nunnari (SHUTTER ISLAND) and Ryan Kavanaugh (DEAR JOHN), and executive produced by Tucker Tooley (DEAR JOHN), Tommy Turtle (THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON), and Jeff G. Waxman (LAW ABIDING CITIZEN).

Official Synopsis:

“In Immortals, the ruthless King Hyperion (Rourke) leads his bloodthirsty army on a murderous rampage across Greece to find a deadly weapon that will destroy humanity. A mortal chosen by Zeus named Theseus (Cavill) must lead the fight against Hyperion and his evil army with the fate of mankind and the Gods at stake.”
